**Sterile products**
Because our products are sterile medical supplies, we can only accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed items. Opened or unsealed items cannot be restocked or resold for safety reasons.
**Returns**
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Contact info@peptidestarterkit.com before sending anything back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
**Damaged or incorrect orders**
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace the affected items or refund you — whichever you prefer.
**Refund timing**
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return.
